The time frame for order delivery is divided into two parts:

  • Processing Time: Order verification, tailoring, quality check, and packaging. All orders are sent to the warehouse for dispatch within 12 hours after the order is placed.
  • Shipping Time: This refers to the time it takes for items to be shipped from our warehouse to the destination. Delivery usually takes about 3 to 4 business day. We will replace the item or offer a refund if you haven't received your order after 30 days of purchase.

I usually stay away from silicone based anything because my pores get clogged. This does NOT do this at all! Omg I will forever use this. I use their serum, moisturizer and then this.
