AHA 30% + BHA 2% Peeling Solution exfoliates multiple layers of the skin for a brighter, more even appearance. With the help of alpha-hydroxy acids (AHA), beta-hydroxy acids (BHA), and a studied Tasmanian pepper berry derivative, which reduces irritation that can be associated with acid use, this at-home peel helps even skin texture, clear pore congestion, and improve uneven pigmentation.

The Ordinary AHA 30% + BHA 2% 30ml Peeling Solution is an advanced-level exfoliating peel.AHA 30% + BHA 2% Peeling Solution exfoliates multiple layers of the skin for a brighter, more even appearance. With the help of alpha-hydroxy acids (AHA), beta-hydroxy acids (BHA), and a studied Tasmanian pepper berry derivative, which reduces irritation that can be associated with acid use, this at-home peel helps even skin texture, clear pore congestion, and improve uneven pigmentation. The formula is further supported with a crosspolymer form of hyaluronic acid for comfort, pro-vitamin B5 for hydration, and black carrot for added protection.

The pH of this formula is approximately 3.6. Glycolic Acid, the primary AHA used in the formula, has a pKa of 3.6 and pKa is the most important aspect to consider in formulating with acids. pKa implies acid availability. When pKa is close to pH, there is an ideal balance between salt and acidity, maximizing the effectiveness of the acid and reducing skin discomfort.

It came super fast, I have been using this peel for 4 days with no issues. It’s not aggressive so my skin is not irritated peeling or any of that. For me it didn’t even tingle when I put it on. My pores are visibly smaller, my skin is soft and shiny.
I am really happy with the peel, I was a little nervous because I was told peels have to be done by a specialist and I have seen what happens when a peel goes wrong, but this one really isn’t bad. I use a retinol creme and sunscreen and go about my day., thanks😊

I’ve experienced medical grade chemical peels and other over the counter facial peels. This one is mild feeling and effective. Within four uses( average peel time 2-6 minutes) my acne scars were already reduced. I appreciate the fact that’s it’s tinted. You can see where the peel is on your face. Mild tingling, for someone’s first chemical peel it might be a different level. As always with a new peel please do a small test spot to ensure your skins safety.
